From apprentice chef to following her true passion, Caz now brings people together through her business Scenic Rim Cooking Classes – celebrating the region’s incredible produce and community. Caz first visited the Scenic Rim in 2008 and quickly fell in love, making it her forever home by 2011 – opening Harry’s Café in Boonah that same year and embracing the region’s natural beauty and strong sense of community 🌿

A passionate advocate for local, she loves sourcing ingredients from Scenic Rim farmers and producers – letting their high-quality, delicious produce truly shine! ✨

You’ll find Caz during Eat Local Month hosting her own hands-on mystery menu cooking class, featuring in a brand-new workshop series, and of course, at the Homestead Kitchen at Winter Harvest Festival.
