Delve into the unique taste of Australia with a menu that fuses contemporary techniques and ancient ingredients. Using locally sourced Scenic Rim produce, you’ll cook with iconic bush foods—seafood, emu, bush tomato, macadamia, saltbush, lemon myrtle, wattle seed, finger lime and more.
This interactive class is hands-on from start to finish, ending with a shared banquet that showcases the rich, earthy flavours of the Australian landscape.
