A great time was had by all participants at our recent Vietnamese Cooking Class where we combined great produce and laughter to create a wonderful experience with fellow foodies in our Kooroomba Gully kitchen.

It was an added bonus to showcase some of our other local businesses – The Bearded One, Areleah Chocolates, The Emporium and Terina Smith Recycling Artist.

“Thank you for such a lovely morning. Having been to Vietnam recently it was wonderful to taste again the peanut sauce and the Nuoc Mam Cham dipping sauce. Also, the panna cotta was simply divine. Thanks to you and Olivia for running things so smoothly. Also, for the chilli’s and green mango. I was so excited to hear that you are planning food tours, I hope things go well. “
