Last year we were the only cooking class to be listed on the NAIDOC website, come find out why! Delve into the unique taste of Australia with a menu that fuses contemporary techniques and ancient ingredients. Using locally sourced Scenic Rim produce, you’ll cook with iconic bush foods—seafood, emu, bush tomato, macadamia, saltbush, lemon myrtle, wattle seed, finger lime and more.
Join me on our farm for a very special cooking experience exploring the flavours that have been part of Australia for tens of thousands of years.
Together we will cook a beautiful seasonal menu using native ingredients such as lemon myrtle, Wattleseed and bush spices — paired with fresh Scenic Rim produce from local farmers and our own garden.
